# Fees

TORI uses a simple service fee structure; a flat fee of 2 ADA will apply to any order of 100 ADA or greater in value. Trades under this value are exempt from service fees.

If you're using TORI within a server that has set an optional [custom fee](/tori/getting-started/admins.md#optional-set-up-custom-fees), then that fee percentage will apply instead.

Holders of 100M+ $TORI that have completed [Holder Verification](/tori/getting-started/users.md#holder-verification) can enjoy the benefit of 50% reduced service fees across all servers,
